Comments: This is an unsolicited "thank you" and testimonial based on our experiences of this past weekend. My girlfriend and I had come up from LA to buy a Cervelo for her - one that had been advertised on the net. Long story short, she had ordered it one size too big, but fortunately you guys found her a better size, thought it was in a better bike.
What impressed us however - besides the beautiful bikes - was the great customer service we received from everyone we dealt with : Luke, Eric, Dan and Nick! All did a great job for us, found us great deals and really worked for us. And on top of that, everyone was really friendly and nice! Is there something in the water in SLO?
So...we will deifinitely rec you guys to our friends! Thanks for the help, and great customer service!

Comments: I received my new pedals yesterday only one day after the order was place. Terrific! These were only my second purchase from Art's (the first was another set of pedals a week ago). Great service. I live in Oregon but used to live in Santa Barbara and work in SLO from time to time so I was generally familiar with your shop's reputation. This made it easier to purchase from you online. There is no sales tax in Oregon so paying for shipping doesn't usually work out. But your support and prompt (free) deivery along with your great prices and return policy will bring me back in the future. Thanks again.

Comments: I want to quickly thank Evan for advising me on a shoe choice that will fit the Speedplay x2 pedal system. I had no idea which shoe would work and he assured me these shoes would. I felt comfortable with the purchase as a result. Also, I wasn't going to buy a helmet from you guys because there wasn't one listed on the website. He found what I was looking for in the back, and that helped me a great deal too. Its nice to have someone in the store that can advise on proper shoe selection and will LOOK for things when they aren't right in front of them. Thanks again.

Comments: I bought a Shimano compact crankset from Art's. I was extremely pleased with the price, the level of service, and the immediate delivery. The free shipping didn't hurt either! I was not 100% confident in what I needed, but Brad walked me thru my options and we settled on the best choice. It is rare to have a shipping/buying experience that exceeds my expectations, but this did. I had the crankset with in 3 days of my order.
